Business Intelligence Analyst – AI Trainer

Mercor is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – AI Trainer to build long-horizon analytics tasks, develop scenarios for ad-hoc analysis, and design and implement funnel and cohort analyses. The ideal candidate has a quantitative background, expertise in advanced SQL, experimentation, and BI-tool development, and clear written communication skills.

Requirements

• BS or MS in a quantitative field
• 3+ years as a data/BI analyst at a data-mature company
• Expertise in advanced SQL, experimentation and A/B testing, metric design, and BI-tool development (Looker, Tableau, Mode, Hex, Metabase)
• Ability to read and produce analytics artifacts: SQL queries, dashboards, experiment readouts, metric specs
• Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
