Data Scientist – AI Trainer

Mercor is seeking a Data Science Expert to work on challenging data workflows and collaborate with the team on complex scenarios.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, BI analyst, data scientist, or data engineer
• Working fluency in at least two of: advanced SQL, dbt, warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), experimentation (A/B tests), pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), metric modeling, Python for analysis
• Clear written communication and ability to articulate reasoning and data decisions step by step
