Head of FP&A

We’re looking for a Head of FP&A to join our team. As a contractor, you’ll work remotely and be responsible for building long-horizon finance tasks, developing scenarios, and creating budgets and headcount plans. You’ll also design variance bridges and board-pack KPIs. Must-haves include a BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, and expertise in budget building, variance analysis, and EPM tooling.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Expertise in budget building, variance analysis, driver-based planning, or EPM tooling (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment)
• Ability to read and produce finance artifacts: budgets, forecast packs, variance bridges, board decks, headcount models
• Clear written communication with step-by-step reasoning and encoding into deterministic rubrics
