Mercor is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management.

Requirements

• Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms
• Write and optimize SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets
• Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions
• Identify program risks proactively and develop data-backed mitigation plans
• Manage programs to identify opportunities and predict roadblocks through data analysis
