Mercor is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to develop long-horizon selling tasks, build scenarios, and create sales artifacts. The role requires expertise in sales frameworks, CRM operations, and outbound motion. The position is fully remote, hourly contractor, with a compensation of $55–$80/hour.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR leadership, or customer success
• Expertise in sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
• Proficient in CRM operations with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience with outbound motion using Outreach or Salesloft
• Skilled in producing sales artifacts: call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, forecast narratives
