We are seeking a Senior Product Ops Manager to support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms, write and optimize SQL queries, and build and maintain dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management.
- Proficient in SQL, including advanced queries.
- Experience with AI agents and tools.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-starter mentality.
- Effective critical thinking.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills.
- Data annotation/labeling skills and LLM training experience.
