We are seeking a Sr. Product Operations Manager to support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms, write and optimize SQL queries, and leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management.
- Proficient in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, to create detailed documentation, complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated workflows.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, self-starter mentality, and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Effective critical thinking, time-management, and organizational skills, as well as data annotation/labeling skills and LLM training experience.
