Technical Product Operations Specialist – AI

As a Technical Product Operations Specialist – AI, you will support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms, write and optimize SQL queries, build and maintain dashboards, and leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management
• Proficient in SQL and Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with experience managing multiple workstreams
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Effective critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and unblock problems and drive solutions
