Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build deep trust with CMOs and C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to use data and feedback to pivot strategies and demonstrate the tangible impact of change initiatives
- Working familiarity with AI tools and their organizational implications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
