Manager, Marketing Operations

In this role, you will lead strategic change, apply change management frameworks, engage executive stakeholders, manage and mentor a team, and measure impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build deep trust with CMOs and C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to use data and feedback to pivot strategies and demonstrate the tangible impact of change initiatives
• Working familiarity with AI tools and their organizational implications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
