Manager, Marketing Operations

At MERGE, we are looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations to lead strategic change management and drive enterprise-level marketing operations initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development
• Experience in a leadership role managing direct reports
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build deep trust with CMOs and C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to use data and feedback to pivot strategies and demonstrate the tangible impact of change initiatives
