At MERGE, we are looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations to lead strategic change and drive end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise-level marketing operations initiatives. The role involves applying change management frameworks, engaging executive stakeholders, managing and mentoring a high-performing team, and measuring impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build deep trust with CMOs and C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to pivot strategies and demonstrate the tangible impact of change initiatives.
- Working familiarity with AI tools and their organizational implications; experience facilitating technology adoption programs involving emerging or rapidly evolving platforms is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
