Outside Sales – Martech Controls (Technical Sales)

Martech Controls, a division of MES Life Safety, is seeking an experienced Outside Technical Sales representative to establish and maintain relationships with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively manage a designated sales territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in technical sales, preferably to the industrial/manufacturing/fire markets.
  • Self-starter willing to learn new products and applications, organized, and adept with CRM and MS office software.
  • Honest and ethical, and looking for a long-term outside sales position in a territory.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and territory management.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
