Catering Sales Manager – Cb & Vr – Full-Time – Varied Shift

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Catering events booked at any Mesquite Gaming event or banquet space.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of Catering or Food Services experience
• Catering or Food Services experience in a hospitality resort is a plus
• Valid Driver License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old)
• Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
