Data Scientist, Product

Meta Platforms, Inc. is looking for a Data Scientist to contribute to the design and development of Meta products. The successful candidate will collect, organize, and interpret statistical data to inform product decisions and launches. Responsibilities include partnering with Product and Engineering teams, performing quantitative analysis, and communicating results to product or leadership teams.

Requirements

• Collect, organize, interpret, and summarize statistical data
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
• Inform, influence, support, and execute product decisions and product launches
• Perform quantitative analysis including data mining on highly complex data sets
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments and generate actionable insights
• Communicate results of analyses to product or leadership teams to influence strategy
• Build ETL processes in relational databases and implement dashboards and reports
