Requirements
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and enhance brand advocacy and purchase consideration for Meta products
- Establish relationships and collaborate with internal departments (sales, channel, category) to ensure effective retail field program execution
- Manage the performance of the agency’s field sales team, holding them accountable for program results, including execution metrics, budget, and ROI targets
