Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager for the DACH region. The role entails driving and delivering the go-to-channel strategy with German retail partners, establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta 3P Retail partners, and managing marketing programs to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Retail leadership Partner Enablement role
- Experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution across online and traditional retail channels
- Analytical skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners
- Fluent English and German
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
