Requirements
- 5-8+ years in enterprise customer success or technical program management
- owned accounts with multi-phase implementations and multi-year contract cycles
- sat across the table from SVP and VP-level counterparts and held the room
- owned timelines, anticipated risks, and knew that their job was to drive outcomes, not facilitate them
