Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing sales representatives within a designated regional office while directly contributing to revenue growth through personal sales efforts.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of sales representatives, maintain an individual sales quota, identify and pursue key opportunities, and ensure consistent execution of sales processes and methodologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Demonstrated ability to manage both personal and team sales pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures
