Support new data-driven initiatives by using sound statistical supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques in coming up with data models that allow the bank to improve customer experience, engagement, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field.
- Good understanding of the theory behind machine learning models and their applicability in various situations.
- Prior experience as data analyst or data scientist preferred.
- Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools such as (but not limited to) SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlikview.
- Programming experience (SQL, SAS Script, R, or Python) is an advantage.
