Manager Banking and Payments FinOps

We are seeking a Manager Banking and Payments FinOps to lead and manage the operations under the Finance Operations Banking BAU, responsible for processing payments, corporate liquidity management, reconciliation preparation, banking administration, and more. The role requires experience in a financial background, including reconciliations, and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience and a graduate/post-graduate degree in any discipline.

Requirements

• Completion of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintenance of accurate accounting records
• Review of Cash balance monitoring, management of foreign currency balances, and monitoring regulatory own funds cash requirements
• Settlement of intercompany balances
• Collation and input of electronic bank transfers
• Adherence to CASS rules through monitoring and reconciliation of Client Money accounts
• Administration of new bank account set-ups
• Maintain signatories and mandates of existing bank accounts
• Support delivery of projects
• Demonstrate a positive risk, compliance, and control culture
