Job Description
- Executive Leadership position to lead end to end India operations.
- Responsible for driving business growth & ensuring operational excellence.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to optimize product distribution and sales growth.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to improve channel performance.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns.
- Identify and onboard new distributors to strengthen market presence.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on market performance and strategic recommendations for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful GTM Manager should have:
- A master’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales strategy and channel management, GTM/RTM within the FMCG industry.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in sales tools and software for tracking performance and reporting.
- An understanding of distribution networks and their optimisation.
- Knowledge of the food segment within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
