Job Description

  • Drive APAC sales strategy for a leading cybersecurity distribution organization.
  • Lead operational performance and transformation across the region.
  • Drive operational efficiency across the APAC sales organization.
  • Oversee CRM utilization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track regional performance.
  • Lead forecasting, business reviews, and sales reporting.
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT for seamless operations.
  • Manage a team of sales operations professionals and ensure compliance with regional and global standards.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally in distribution or logistics.
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Expertise in change management within multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with supply chain principles and SaaS fulfilment models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
