Customer Experience Manager PT nights and weekends

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience, manage front-end operations, and lead team to achieve results. Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and onboarding of new team members. Serve as Manager on Duty and interact with customers, team members, and vendors in an accepting and respectful manner.

Requirements

  • Retail management experience
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
