Role Overview
This role is responsible for setting clear sales objectives aligned with organizational goals, crafting and executing effective inside sales strategies, and managing sales pipelines. The role manages inside sales representatives, evaluates team performance, and facilitates training for their skill enhancement.
What You Will Do
Establishes clear inside sales objectives and performance targets, crafts and executes inside sales strategies, manages account planning, and assists sales teams in customizing solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
