Operations BI Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Part-Time Operations BI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our operations.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models
• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
• Partner with operations leadership to identify reporting needs and performance gaps
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and workflows
