Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or other Engineering related field
- Passion in AI and Smart Manufacturing solutions
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, memory technologies (e.g., NAND/DRAM)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional or technical teams, with accountability for delivery and outcomes
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Prior knowledge in data science is helpful but not a pre-requisite
- Results oriented, with a growth mindset and strong dedication to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, influence and handle stakeholders
