The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team empowers the Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) team. They are responsible for enabling sales performance, sales planning, and training through systems and tools. As a Director in the E&O Revenue Operations team, you’ll lead the transformation of sales planning processes, improve AI-driven insights, and enhance tool capabilities to better serve customers and sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology, account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance (or equivalent)
