Overview
The Sales Operations role is a unique opportunity to drive business growth for Asia. The role works closely with the Regional GTM leads and SE&O peers in the Operating Unit in driving growth through leveraging analytics and actionable insights, identification of opportunities and prioritization of sales motion including propensity model.
The role acts as a subject matter expert helping Operating Unit SE&O team with enablement and execution.
Responsibilities
The core responsibilities for the role include:
- Generate actionable business insights to drive business growth
- Integrate business insights with actionable outcomes to drive execution and business decision making process
- Act as a subject matter expert to Microsoft business with the most relevant data, insights, risks, and recommendations necessary to support strategy execution
- Instills sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution, or pipeline health
- Shares best practices within their team
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- 10+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions; AND
- 10+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 8+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience
