The Mid-Atlantic Area Professional Services Manager will be responsible for developing and improving technical competencies of area staff, leading quality assurance efforts, and overseeing workload balancing and qualified staffing of project teams. The role also involves leading and monitoring development and training of area staff, and collaborating with operations, market sectors, business classes, and delivery leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum 15 years’ of experience
- Maintains professional or engineering registration and has extensive related technical expertise
- Experienced in management and development of diverse teams
- Works cooperatively with operations managers, technical staff and marketing managers on professional services-related efforts
