As a Strategic Growth & Sales Specialist at Mid-Atlantic Packaging, you will drive business growth and expand our national customer base by promoting and selling retail packaging products and services to businesses and clients across various industries.

Requirements

  • Detail-Oriented – Since custom packaging has many variables (materials, printing, dimensions, lead times), accuracy is key.
  • Eager to Learn & Grow – This is a developmental role; you want someone curious, coachable, and hungry for responsibility.
  • Team Player with a Sales Mindset – They’ll be supporting others first, so humility matters, but they should also think like a salesperson.
  • Strong Communicator – Must be confident communicating with both team members and customers, often managing multiple follow-ups.
