As an Account Manager, you’ll grow our business by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and drive high win rates
  • Identify and approach new clients to grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and suggest the best fitting solutions
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved guidelines
  • Keep customers informed about new products, updates, and changes
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reports in line with internal processes
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and follow up on customer orders
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
