Part-Time Inside Sales Rep (Warm Leads, No Cold Calling)

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Client Coordinator (Inbound Sales Representative), you’ll be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. You’ll connect with warm, high-intent leads—no cold calling—and guide them toward booking their first consultation.

What You Will Do

You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats, convert warm leads into booked consultations, build rapport quickly with confidence, empathy, and strong communication, and create urgency and excitement around starting laser hair removal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Sales, appointment setting, or KPI-driven experience preferred
• Call center experience a plus
• Ability to type 60+ WPM and multitask across systems
• Interest in aesthetics is a bonus
