Milliman is seeking a Business Development Manager to work in a fast-growing department in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for innovation. They will be responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth, and will work with clients in various areas of the U.S. The position offers a unique blend of stability and structure, with the flexibility to work remotely and a 25-35% travel requirement.

Requirements

  • Market and present our platform of consulting and underwriting services
  • Build relationships with health insurance brokers
  • Work with Health Brokers to present product proposals and expand client referrals
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies across various broker segments
  • Communicate client expectations to our staff to ensure the delivery of our services and fees meets or exceeds our client’s expectations
  • Partner closely with Broker Strategy to leverage platform relationships and drive a feedback loop to enhance our product offerings to ensure attractiveness
  • Collect feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products
