The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating Upsell conversations that lead to additional services and business in Public Sector accounts.
Requirements
- Identification of sales opportunities and the strategy in assigned accounts
- Identification and implementation of strategies to sell solutions into existing accounts
- Identification and implementation of strategies to sell solutions via government purchasing contracts and vehicles
- Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual new business and upsell targets
- Retention and minimization of Downsell and churn in existing assigned base
- Development and execution of account plans with the Partner / Channel Development team
- Development and execution of sales activity plans to achieve agreed targets
- Building and maintenance of relationships with customers
- Management of Business Administration, including reporting of Key Performance Indicators and CRM housekeeping
- Execution of end-to-end sales methodology and process
- Monitoring and reporting on activities, and provision of management information
- Liaising with other company functions to perform duties and aid business development
- Attending trainings and developing relevant knowledge and skills
