Role Overview

Reporting to the US Sr. Sales Engineering Manager, you’ll own the technical path to close across our SMB and Midmarket customers. This is a customer-facing role from day one, partnering with Account Executives and Account Managers to run discovery, deliver demos, and position solutions that make sense for the customer’s environment and budget.

What You Will Do

Own the technical conversation during the sales cycle, deliver clear presentations and demonstrations, partner with AEs and AMs to build deal strategy, and manage proof of value engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably at a cybersecurity vendor
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SMB and/or midmarket customer segments
  • Hands-on technical knowledge across relevant cybersecurity domains
  • Strong presentation, demonstration, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve your approach
  • Familiarity with AI tools, such as Claude
  • Ability to travel to meet business needs
  • Experience working with and enabling channel partners
