Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with a passion for client growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic accounts (enterprise) in the LATAM region, with accountability for their success, leading engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion.
What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be on engagement, retention, and client growth, building relationships that position you as a strategic advisor throughout the client lifecycle. This includes strategic account management, service segmentation, retention and churn prevention, growth and expansion, implementation and adoption, executive engagement, data-driven advice, CRM and operational excellence, and internal collaboration.

Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles with client ownership in SaaS B2B.
- Native Spanish speaker or bilingual (daily communication with LATAM clients will be in Spanish).
- Professional English (habitual communication with global internal teams).
- Track record of retention and expansion results in enterprise accounts (renewals, upselling, NRR).
- Strong analytical skills: Using data and BI tools for decision-making and executive conversations.
- CRM and modern customer success tools (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Availability and flexibility to cover LATAM time zones from Spain: Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00 (CET), with some flexibility for better work-life balance.
- Legal residence in Spain.
