Role Overview
As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the national sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding the organization’s sales network. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on field management, focusing on achieving sales targets, strengthening relationships with distributors and sales representatives, and increasing market penetration.
What You Will Do
Develop Route-to-Market Strategy & Implementation, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual national volume and revenue targets, monitor sales and build forecasting methods, roll out corporate trade marketing initiatives, collect and report real-time competitor pricing, product trends, and market feedback.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales management experience
- Background in FMCG territory sales management and Direct Selling or MLM network operations
- Proven capability in ‘Influence Without Authority’
- High-energy presenter comfortable speaking on camera
- Proficient in tracking sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and translating spreadsheets into actionable territory sales plans
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
