This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate revenue for Mindtickle. They work closely with the sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to align efforts, and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel demand-generation strategies and campaigns
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand-generation efforts
- Work closely with content marketing and digital owners to align efforts and drive revenue
- Lead cross-functional readout meetings with marketing and sales teams to review successes and opportunities to improve performance
- Create and manage demand generation budgets for paid media
- Develops realistic forecasts and projections for campaign performance and revenue impact
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns – direct and influenced revenue, conversion, velocity
- Identify and resolve challenges to accelerate campaign creation and execution
- Leads complex workstreams in Asana to support successful product launches, ABM programs, and competitive takeout campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ABM experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry
- A successful track record of building and executing high-performing marketing campaigns and partnering with sales teams
- Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
- Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
- Experience managing vendors, partners, and managing budget Experience with marketing/sales tech: SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense, Demandbase, Zuddl/Zoom, Mutiny, Outreach, Chili Piper, Qualified
$130,000 – $150,000 a year
