We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst who will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve multi-system business problems in accordance with Mindtickle business processes. The Lead Business Analyst will have the ability to make a significant impact, solving complex problems and optimizing outcomes.

What’s in it for you?
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Analysts
- Work with stakeholders to drive end-to-end procurement of tools, performing Fit-GAP analysis’
- Define and analyze business processes and validate requirements
- Apply understanding of the technical aspect of tools and advise on best practices
- Draw BPMN diagrams of business processes
- Build Requirement Traceability Matrixx
- Perform cost-benefit analysis to produce business benefit matrix, drive business decisions
- Act as a process expert for Lead to Quote Process
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Are from Tier 1 MBA
- Have 2+ years’ relevant experience in CEO’s office /GTM/Consulting
- Have experience working on business analysis frameworks
- Have experience with Application implementation life cycle
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
