As a Sales Manager at Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel, you will drive commercial success by executing sales activities, developing new business, and strengthening existing accounts. The role involves building strong relationships, strategic account management, and proactive market engagement to exceed revenue targets and contribute to a successful pre-opening and market launch.
Requirements
- Execute sales activities in line with the hotel’s Sales & Marketing plan
- Proactively source, negotiate, and contract new business
- Promote the Avani+ brand and position the hotel as a premium product
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, NGO, embassy, and leisure partners
- Conduct sales calls, client entertainment, site inspections, and participate in sales trips and roadshows
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing intelligence
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
- Support pre-opening sales initiatives and contribute to brand awareness and market penetration
