Digital Marketing Specialist role at Minto to collaborate with the product marketing team, drive online engagement and conversions, and lead digital initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and CRM, with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • University Degree (Business, Marketing, or Communication) or College Diploma (Marketing, business, or related field)
  • Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of relevant work experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments across various channels
  • Solid knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HootSuite, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a superior ability to present and sell your ideas
  • Strong ability to prioritize and balance concurrent projects
