Requirements
- University Degree (Business, Marketing, or Communication) or College Diploma (Marketing, business, or related field)
- Minimum of two to four (2-4) years of relevant work experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments across various channels
- Solid knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HootSuite, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM tools, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with a superior ability to present and sell your ideas
- Strong ability to prioritize and balance concurrent projects
