Customer Success Manager role at MirrorWeb, responsible for protecting and growing a book of regulated financial services accounts. The successful candidate will have experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS scale-up and a track record of serving compliance buyers in financial services. The role requires a structured thinker with high autonomy to operate at pace and build own systems where none exist.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Experience serving compliance, risk, legal, or governance buyers in financial services — or a strong track record in adjacent trust-sensitive environments (healthcare IT, cybersecurity, legal tech)
- Structured thinker when it comes to account prioritisation: you know which accounts get a call this week and why
