As a Senior Growth Engineer at Mixcloud, you will be accountable for the full spectrum of data analytics on our platform. You’ll play a crucial role in both the implementation and analysis of data, driving our growth strategies and ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through diligent implementation and ongoing monitoring.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance data literacy and support their analytical needs.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that gather and analyse website metrics and user interaction using Python and JavaScript.
- Implement and refine analytical touchpoints across the website.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with data, marketing and product teams to help bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution
- Run rapid, data-driven experiments.
- Enable us to rapidly test, learn, and scale growth initiatives by building the underlying infrastructure and tools needed for sustainable, data-backed expansion.
