Mixpanel is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to execute key marketing operations, including campaign operations, campaign reporting, and audience management. The role involves data pipeline design, forecasting, data analysis, and operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will be analytical, strategic, and adept at stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience partnering with demand generation teams and SEO/AIO campaigns.
  • Experience in SQL & Data Manipulation
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign tracking
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving business impact through data-driven decisions
