Marketing Operations Manager

Mixpanel is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize their marketing performance through campaign operations, data analysis, and audience management. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to deliver on growth objectives. The role collaborates closely with Marketing Leadership, focusing on automation, data pipelines, and forecasting to support their marketing team’s success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience partnering with demand generation teams on performance marketing, including audience creation, automation setup, and campaign tagging.
  • Experience in SQL & Data Manipulation – Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, campaign tracking, and funnel metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize tasks.
