Growth Associate – Assets & Chains

We are hiring a Growth Associate to drive asset listings and expand the protocol’s footprint across new blockchain networks.

Requirements

• Source and qualify new asset listings for the protocol’s current and future iterations across all active and target networks.
• Identify and qualify new chain deployment opportunities by evaluating ecosystem fit, Total Value Locked (TVL) potential, foundation support, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead negotiations with asset issuers and chain foundations regarding listing coordination, deployment, and incentive packages.
• Manage the business development lifecycle from initial contact through to signed agreements and handoff for execution.
• Represent the client’s growth interests at industry events, summits, and in bilateral conversations with key counterparties.
