This role is a high-impact, scrappy hire tasked with scaling the VIP trader base and increasing market presence, requiring a direct-line leadership and execution-focused hustler. The lead will own entire growth verticals and drive campaigns to convert high-volume traders.

Requirements

  • Passion for trading and direct trading experience
  • Deep understanding of perpetuals, leverage, and on-chain trading
  • Track record managing high-value relationships
  • Network in VIP trading circles or high-volume DeFi communities
  • Ability to execute relentlessly with strategic thinking
