Email Marketing Specialist

Email Marketing Specialist wanted to take full ownership of our newsletter production and drive commercial planning, creative production and data-driven optimization. Mainly operational role with focus on production, scheduling, quality assurance, testing and follow-up. Produce newsletters, segmented dispatches and automation while analyzing results, identifying improvement areas and developing content, structure and design based on data and insights.

Requirements

• Relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communication, digital production or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in email marketing, digital production or similar role
• Very good knowledge of Adobe CS, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• A strong portfolio showing skills in digital design
• Experience of working operationally with newsletters, dispatches or campaign production
• Good understanding of A/B testing, follow-up and optimization
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience of segmentation and marketing automation
• Experience of CRM or email marketing tools
• Experience from e-commerce or DTC
