Job Title
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring products delivered to clients comply with manufacturing specifications and company standards, managing product costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves analyzing data, managing operational processes, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Utilize Excel, functions such as Pivot Tables to Analyze Cost of Product, sales reports, data and metrics.
- Utilize PowerPoint and prepare document(s) for checking development process and tracking.
- Maintaining strong written and strong verbal communication with both professional relationships and with clients.
- Ability to report and maintain accurate data, schedules and accurate reports.
- Project Management (Purchase, R&D, Quality, Delivery and Cost)
- Research and find the best solution to persuade the client.
- Accurate and precise ability to maintain contact with clients between product engineers, manufacturing personnel and suppliers to negotiate contracts to secure required modules for the production floor.
- Review Cost standards to identify materials needed for product assembly for all manufactured goods.
- Communicate with clients regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships.
- Maintain a Mold cost database and include performance to calculate the mold cost using iCIMS.
- Assist with logistics, including communications with clients when there are packaging and receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving dock.
- Integrate Excel with (CRM) Systems, data accuracy and strong Excel knowledge for data cleansing and validation, maintaining the integrity of the sales database and ensuring high-quality information.
- Proficient and demonstrated skills in creating/manipulating pivot tables, functions, VLOOKUP/Hookup, Sumifs, Countifs, Index-Match in Excel to analyze datasets/extract and facilitate strategic decision making.
